Burns for an author talk and book signing for his book: “Electoral Politics Is Not Enough: Racial and Ethnic Minorities and Urban Politics” This book examines how and why government leaders understand and respond to African Americans and Latinos in Bridgeport, Hartford, Stamford, and Waterbury.
